The sale of Lieferando Gift Cards is handled by our partner Epay - a trading name of EPAY LIMITED, Kingfisher House, 2 Woodbrook Crescent, Billericay, CM12 0EQ, established in 1999 and registered in England 03695345. VAT Identification Number: 731194940. The Gift Card is owned by Lieferando] and you only need to contact Lieferando if you have any problems with the Gift Card or would like a refund.

Your gift card works like a Lieferando voucher, ie:

You can use the gift card by entering it on the checkout page on Lieferando.co.uk or in the mobile app.

Any remaining amounts can be paid using one of the available online payment methods.

The Gift Card can be used multiple times until the total amount has been redeemed.

Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions offered or advertised from time to time.

Gift Cards may not be transferred, copied, reproduced, distributed or published directly or indirectly in any form.

The terms and conditions of the relevant Restaurant may apply to the redemption of the Gift Card, such as minimum order values.

Gift card purchases are subject to a 14-day refund period from the date of receipt, after which they are non-refundable. Lieferando is not able to refund Gift Cards that have already been used in whole or in part. Refunded Gift Cards will be cancelled and the Gift Card will be declared invalid.

Gift Card purchases are non-exchangeable and once a Gift Card has been purchased, the value of the account balance is non-transferable.

Gift Cards cannot be reloaded.

Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Lieferando Gift Cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash except to the extent required by law. Unused Gift Cards cannot be transferred to another Lieferando platform.

We reserve the right not to fulfil a Gift Card purchase at our sole discretion and we will refund the transaction in this case.

If we believe that you are misusing Gift Cards in any way or selling them to others at the time of purchase or afterwards, we reserve the right to block your Gift Card and close your Lieferando account without informing you in advance.

Lieferando reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to prevent third parties from distributing or promoting their Gift Cards.

Lieferando is not responsible for Gift Cards sold or distributed by third parties that are not approved by Lieferando.>/

In no event shall Lieferando be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if Lieferando has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Gift Cards are valid for a minimum of 12 months from the date of purchase. If local legislation requires a longer validity period and these 12 months have already elapsed so that you can no longer redeem your Gift Card, please contact your local Lieferando customer service department who will be able to assist you.

Any unused balance will be treated as a forfeiture of your right to use the Gift Card and can no longer be redeemed. To that extent, the expiry date stated on delivery of the Gift Card is an acceptable period before this clause applies.

If the value of your purchase (including the service charges and restaurant charges, if applicable) is less than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance may be redeemed on your next purchase.

If you cancel an order with Lieferando and have used a Gift Card as full or partial payment, your Gift Card will be temporarily blocked and can be used again after 24 hours. There is no money exchange for returned or cancelled orders made with a gift card.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

The terms and conditions on Lieferando.co.uk apply to the purchase and use of Gift Cards and by purchasing a Gift Card you are also bound by the terms and conditions.

The Lieferando privacy policy, which can be found on our website, applies to the extent that we collect or process personal data in connection with the Gift Cards.

When you purchase a Gift Card, you warrant to us that you are the duly authorised recipient of the Gift Card and that you will use the Gift Card in accordance with these Terms, lawfully, legally and in good faith. If we believe, in our sole discretion, that a Gift Card is being used in breach of these Terms and Conditions, unlawfully, illegally or in bad faith, we may reject or cancel the Gift Card.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Austria and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Austrian courts.
