Redeem Instructions
Redeeming an Xbox game card or an Xbox subscription card is super easy. Whether you want to do it directly on your Xbox, on your phone or on your gaming computer directly the process will take just a few steps. All you need is the 25-character Xbox code you received by email and your Microsoft account. Here are a few steps to help you get your Xbox credit up and running:

Redeem your Xbox gift card from your browser
- Simply head to microsoft.com/redeem
- Connected to your Microsoft account
- Enter the 25-character-long Xbox code you received by email in the dedicated space

Activate your Xbox code from your Xbox Serie X|S or Xbox One
- Sign in to your Xbox console with the Microsoft account you want to redeem the code with.
- Head to the Store app from the home screen or your apps
- In the Store app, move the controller cursor left to open the side menu.
- Select Redeem and enter the 25-character code as instructed.
All set! You can now spend your credit on the Microsoft Store online, on Windows and on Xbox to access all the latest apps, games, movies and TV shows on Xbox and Windows, or use it to buy a Surface, an Xbox, and accessories from Microsoft Store online.
